Menthe/Mint
Mint is mostly used to flavour buttery new potatoes, either hot or cold, and tabouleh. Can also be used to make a refreshing post meal tea infusion. Our mint is sourced in the Gard region of Southern France and comes packaged in a reusable Le Parfait jar.
